Refund policy

At Liberty Outfits, your satisfaction with every order matters to us. If anything isn't quite right, we're glad to assist with a return or exchange in line with the terms outlined below. This policy covers customers everywhere, and also includes additional statutory rights for customers based in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA).

Return Period

We provide a 30-day window for returns and exchanges, starting from the day your jacket is delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned jackets must be unused, with original tags intact, and shipped back in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Exempt Items

Please note that custom-made jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are considered final sale.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide your order number along with the email address used at the time of purchase.

Return Process

Before sending back any item, please contact us at cs@libertyoutfits.com. Our team will share the appropriate return address and further instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received: You received a different product than ordered.
  • Damaged item: The jacket arrived in a damaged condition.
  • Incorrect size: The size delivered does not match your order.

In these cases, we will handle all return shipping charges and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We gladly provide exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at cs@libertyoutfits.com for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although each product undergoes strict quality checks, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at cs@libertyoutfits.com for a refund or replacement.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

Consumers based in the European Union or European Economic Area are entitled by law to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days of receiving their order, with no reason required, and this right applies alongside the return policy outlined above.

To exercise this right, here's what to do:

  • Let us know within 30 days of receiving your goods, using either of these methods:
    • Send an email to cs@libertyoutfits.com, or reach out via our Contact Us form, stating clearly that you wish to withdraw from the contract (including your order number along with a brief statement like "I wish to withdraw from my purchase" will be enough).
  • From the date you notify us, you'll have an additional 30 days to return the goods to us.

How refunds work under this right:

  • Every payment you made to us will be refunded, including the standard delivery charge (this excludes any additional amount paid for choosing a delivery option other than our cheapest standard method). This refund will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the returned item, or receiving proof that it's been shipped back, whichever happens first.
  • Unless you specifically agree to a different arrangement, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method you used.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • You may be held liable only if the goods show a decrease in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check the item's nature and condition.

International Returns - Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Liberty Outfits ships to and accepts returns from customers worldwide.
  • Return shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country on returned shipments are not our responsibility, except when the return results from an error on our part.
  • We recommend sending returns via a trackable shipping method, as we're unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
