Refund policy
Return Period
We provide a 30-day window for returns and exchanges, starting from the day your jacket is delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned jackets must be unused, with original tags intact, and shipped back in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exempt Items
Please note that custom-made jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are considered final sale.
Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide your order number along with the email address used at the time of purchase.
Return Process
Before sending back any item, please contact us at cs@libertyoutfits.com. Our team will share the appropriate return address and further instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received: You received a different product than ordered.
- Damaged item: The jacket arrived in a damaged condition.
- Incorrect size: The size delivered does not match your order.
In these cases, we will handle all return shipping charges and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We gladly provide exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at cs@libertyoutfits.com for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Although each product undergoes strict quality checks, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at cs@libertyoutfits.com for a refund or replacement.
